At Women’s Leadership CoachingTM Inc, we provide a roadmap for women who want to
break into leadership positions in business, with executive coaching programs, seminars and webinars.

Having logged thousands of hours over 10 years of coaching, we have designed a practical and effective system now used by women worldwide to build leadership skills, confidence and presence.

Used successfully by thousands of women, our coaching system identifies the key steps women must take to advance into positions of influence and leadership—especially in industries long considered “a man's world”, such as technology, finance and energy.

EXECUTIVE COACHING PROGRAMS

Are you ready to explore your leadership potential? Our executive coaching programs start with a free Leadership Coaching Session. In this session you will:

• Clarify your career and leadership priorities
• Assess leadership strengths and determine areas for growth
• Set goals that are motivating, challenging and attainable
• Discover actionable steps to move forward.

Upon conclusion of the free introductory session, you will be offered the opportunity to hire your coach for a six-month executive coaching program.

Our Coaching Process
In the Leadership Coaching Program, your coach will partner with you to:

• Focus on achieving your six-month career and leadership goals
• Use assessments to understand your leadership strengths and communication style
• Create a custom plan: your 'roadmap' to your goals
• Discover and practice new leadership skills
• Resolve situational roadblocks that may emerge along the way.

Coaching for a Vice President or above:

• Paid for by an employer: $850/month

• Paid for by an individual: $700/month

Coaching for a Director or Senior Director:

• Paid for by an employer: $800/month

• Paid for by an individual: $650/month

Coaching for an Individual Contributor or a Manager:

• Paid for by an employer: $750/month

• Paid for by an individual: $600/month 

Coaching packages paid for by an employer include additional benefits:
Check-ins with a corporate sponsor, manager or mentor to incorporate performance feedback and the organization’s goals, monthly availability for in-person sessions based on location, and one assessment (MBTI, Strengths, or Emotional Intelligence).

Public Seminars
The principles, processes and case studies used by Women’s Leadership Coaching Inc to successfully coach hundreds of women worldwide have now been packaged together into a high-impact, high-intensity seminar: Poised for Leadership. Designed for corporate women who want to accelerate their transition into leadership roles, the seminar runs two days, and is led by Jo Miller, CEO of Women’s Leadership Coaching. Corporate Seminars
Our specialty is customizing seminars to support your corporate women's initiative, professional association, or conference.

Our flagship program is the two-day intensive Poised for Leadership seminar. The Poised for Leadership program modules were designed with flexibility to accommodate your business objectives and budget. Our courses can be customized for a 60 to 75 minute keynote, or seminars of two hours, half-day or one-day in duration.
