Jo has a passion for helping women develop their leadership skills, confidence and presence, and specializes in helping women break into leadership in industries that have been traditionally considered 'a man's world', such as technology, finance and energy.
Jo created the Women's Leadership Coaching system as a roadmap for women who want to break into positions of responsibility and influence in business.
Since 1998 Jo has developed and implemented coaching programs that have benefited women worldwide, and has logged many thousands of hours coaching women who are in executive and management positions, or aspire to be.
Jo is a sought-after speaker, delivering over 60 speaking presentations annually to audiences of up to
1200 women. She has traveled widely in Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and the Middle East to deliver keynotes and workshops for women’s conferences and corporate women’s initiatives, including Abbott Women Leaders in Action, Bank of America’s LEAD for Women,
Boeing, eBay Women in Technology, the Women at Intel Network, KPMG’s Network of Women,
Microsoft, Newell Rubbermaid’s WIN*WIN Leadership Summit, Oracle Women in Leadership, UBS Women’s Leadership Conference and numerous others.
Jo was named one of Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal's 40 people to watch under the age of 40 in 2006, and one of Silicon Valley's Women of Influence in 2008.
