Jo created the Women’s Leadership Coaching® system after interviewing more than 1,000 women and recognizing a common set of challenges encountered by women wanting to advance their careers—especially in industries long considered “a man’s world,” such as technology, finance, and energy. Taught through Women’s Leadership Coaching® workshops, webinars, and coaching programs, the Women’s Leadership Coaching® system covers specific strategic and tactical skills needed to break through those roadblocks and move ahead.
A leading authority on women’s leadership, Jo is sought-after, dynamic, and engaging speaker, delivering more than 60 speaking presentations annually to audiences of up to 1,200 women. She has traveled widely in Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East to deliver keynotes and teach workshops for women’s conferences, women’s professional associations, and Fortune 1000 corporate women’s initiatives.
Jo has been developing and implementing coaching programs for emerging women leaders since 1998. She was named one of Silicon Valley’s “Women of Influence” in 2008 and serves on the board of advisors for Global Tech Women.
