Carla Brockman recently joined Devon Energy Corporation as Vice President Corporate Governance and Assistant Secretary. Carla’s responsibilities include SEC and NYSE compliance and filings, subsidiary management, director orientation and education, board compensation, proxy preparation, and shareholder proposals. 

Prior to joining Devon, Carla spent the last 29 years with OGE Energy Corporation, most recently serving as Vice President of Administration and Corporate Secretary of OGE Energy Corp. Responsible for corporate compliance, corporate environmental health and safety, and corporate records, Carla also had prior leadership assignments in supply chain, human resources and strategic planning. 

Brockman is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University and holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and a master’s degree in management.
